Cannot load another instance of Robo-FTP
This article applies to Robo-FTP v3.6.x. The error message may vary for newer or older versions.
This error message means that you are already running the maximum number of instances of Robo-FTP.exe allowed by your license.
Please contact Sales to go over upgrade options for a license that allows you to launch more simultaneous instances.
To verify the number of instances of Robo-FTP.exe currently running, launch Task Manager. Click the Processes tab and click the Image Name column heading (to sort alphabetically). You should then be able to scroll down the list and see how many instances of Robo-FTP.exe are running.
