Error attempting to download installer
The process for downloading the installer for Robo-FTP or Robo-FTP Server involves clicking a link on the Robo-FTP Download Page, submitting a download request form, and clicking a link in the email you receive.
Sometimes you may encounter an error like this after clicking the link in the email you receive:

This error is caused by submitting multiple download requests and clicking the download link in one of the download emails that is not the most recent email.
The solution to this problem is to submit the download request form again, wait to receive the download email, and only click the link in the new download email that you receive.
