Where can I find my serial number?

In order to access technical support or activate a software license you will need your serial number.

Robo-FTP and Robo-FTP Server serial numbers have 12 digits (all numbers).

There are several places you can look to find your serial number:

  1. The Help | About menu
  2. The top line of the Robo-FTP main console window or Robo-FTP Server Console window License page
  3. The top line of log and trace files
  4. The receipt e-mail you received when purchasing online
  5. The invoice you received when purchasing by phone or purchase order
