When first installed, the software will run in a fully-functional evaluation mode for up to 30 days.
Once you purchase a license you can activate the software permanently on your PC using your 12-digit serial number.
If neither an evaluation license activation nor a full license activation are in place, the software will still run but script commands will be disabled. When you attempt to use a feature that has been disabled this error message will be displayed.
If you are seeing this message because your evaluation period has expired, please contact Sales to purchase a license. You will be able to activate your license right away and resume using the software.
If you have already purchased a license then there are several reasons why you might see this message:
- You have not yet activated your license. You can activate the license from the Help menu.
- Your license has been removed as a result of an upgrade. When upgrading the software from an older version your license is removed and replaced with a 30-day evaluation activation. Activate the license permanently from the Help menu.
- Your license was removed manually and activated on another machine. You will need to purchase a license (one for each machine where the software is installed).
- Your license has been lost due to corruption of the file system or registry. You will need to submit a reactivation request.
