Are there any limitations for file size or number of files with the ZIP script command?

In versions earlier than 3.1, the maximum size of the zip file is 2 GB, and the maximum number of items (files) inside is 65536.

For versions later than 3.1, the zip64 algorithm is used. This offers the ability to create a zip file with an unlimited number of files and with a maximum size of 16 million terrabytes.
