When I open the FTP Applet, the window is only partially visible or only the title bar appears, and I cannot restore it to the normal size. (Robo-FTP 3.9.x and earlier)

When you close the applet, it stores its present coordinates in the registry so that next time you run the applet, it will appear in the same place it was before.

If these registry values get garbled, it can cause the window to be drawn incorrectly, such that not all the information is visible. In the worst case, only the title bar is visible.

If you delete the registry keys with the coordinates, however, then the applet will simply load with the default coordinates, and then save those to the registry. So, to fix the problem, delete these four registry keys:

SOFTWARE -> Robo-FTP -> FTP -> ClientWinCoordBottom
SOFTWARE -> Robo-FTP -> FTP -> ClientWinCoordLeft
SOFTWARE -> Robo-FTP -> FTP -> ClientWinCoordRight
SOFTWARE -> Robo-FTP -> FTP -> ClientWinCoordTop

These can be located either in HKEY_CURRENT_USER or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, depending on whether or not you are using the All User settings.
