How to retrieve logs for a run of a job in Robo-FTP Enterprise Framework

Robo-FTP generates logs for every run of every job in the Robo-FTP Enterprise Framework.

To get assistance from Technical Support troubleshooting a job that is encountering errors or otherwise failing to work as expected, you will need to send logs so our team can determine the source of the issue.

You can retrieve the logs for a particular run through the Framework web interface.

  1. Open the job in question from the web interface.
  2. Click on the date of the most recent run of the job.
  3. Click the "History" button.
  4. Click the "Download Logs" button on the next page once that loads.

You should be prompted to save a zip file to your server which you can then submit to Technical Support.
