The Enterprise Framework retains multiple copies of each file
The Enterprise Framework tracks job progress using hard links in the filesystem so while there are multiple links from different directories to the file data there is only one actual copy of the file data stored in the filesystem.

Windows Explorer does not detect the case where filesystem entries link to the same file data on disk so it misreports the size of folders that contain hard links. For an accurate accounting that will ignore multiple links to the same file data you can use the Microsoft Sysinternals tool Du.
