Getting help with license activation
Robo-FTP and Robo-FTP Server run in a fully-functional evaluation mode for 30 days when installed on a machine that has not previously had that product installed.
Once the evaluation period expires, the software will be partially disabled until it is activated using a serial number.
Several resources are available for getting help with this process.

Software Activation Interface
The activation options in the product are fairly self-explanatory and provide detailed instructions about what to do in most cases. Most customers are able to activate the software simply by carefully reading and following the instructions in the software.
