What is Robo-FTP's export status?
On July 26, 2003, Robo-FTP was issued an Export Exception ENC from the U.S. Department of Commerce, ECCN #5D002C.1, permitting export under Sections 740.17 (A) and (B)(3) of the Export Administration Regulations.
Robo-FTP (and any underlying information, technology, and/or components) may NOT be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department™'s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department™'s Table of Denial Orders. By downloading or using Robo-FTP, you are agreeing to the foregoing and you are representing and warranting that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
