Enhancements
- Increased functionality of FTPDELDIR; can now recursively delete subdirectories, as well as directory contents.

- PGPDECRYPT now accepts a folder name as the destination for the decrypted file.
- PGPDECRYPT now accepts a blank target file parameter.
