When I upgraded to Robo-FTP version 3.2, I was no longer able to connect to my FTPS server.

In Robo-FTP version 3.2,

we changed the way Robo-FTP selects ports for outgoing connections, which caused problems with some servers. To correct the issue, we recommend upgrading to the current version.

In Robo-FTP version 3.3 and later,

we added the /pasvport option to FTPLOGON. Use /pasvport=0 when connecting to a site you used to be able to connect to; this should correct the problem. In not, please contact support.
